Inspire Salon Cancellation policy

INSPIRE SALON SPA Cancellation: We will be requiring a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a 20% FEE. Missed Appointments: Failure to cancel an appointment and/or No-show will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled Late Arrivals: Please note that if you are going to be late by 15 minutes or more to your appointment, We require a call in to hold your spot. If no call is made your appointment will be rescheduled or canceled Thank you all for your support! Refunds: We strive to provide the highest quality service and ensure every client leaves satisfied. Due to the time, products, and customization involved in our services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services rendered. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly assess the service and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment or correction. All adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. Please note: • Adjustments are only available for the original service performed. • Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary correction. • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. • Results may vary based on hair history, condition, and aftercare. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
